Fran Elliott has over 25 years senior management & executive support experience in the Manufacturing, Photography & Marketing Industry. Initially starting out as an Executive Assistant and then moving into a variety of senior management roles. Her responsibilities have included assisting in marketing consumer & digital products to managing retail excellence in multiple Australian major accounts. Her experiences have seen her working with budgets, product launches, customer service, project management, & merchandising design  – to managing staff & a merchandising company.

Fran then moved out of the corporate world and owned & managed a successful retail business. Focusing on fashion & home-wares. Alongside being front of store and managing all financial aspects. Fran was directly involved in sourcing labels following fashion trends. She was able be unique and individual in her business.

Fran joined forces with a Stephanie and together formed Elliott & Lewis, Virtual Executive & Personal Assistant Services. Specialising in maintaining and developing client business relationships as well as developing creative solutions to improve businesses.

Fran’s experiences has seen her working with Leadership Development Consultants, providing support with corporate development programs. Supporting coaches & small businesses from various industries. Her niche sees Fran working with high level professionals across many industries.

For over twenty years as an Executive Assistant, Stephanie Lewis has developed a keen ability to recognize the various problems organizations in the Financial and Medical industry are faced with. However, she proffers brilliant solutions to them on how to work toward a healthy, high-performing organization. She supports leadership facilitators to maximize their potential, develop an alignment and a clear roadmap leading to bottom-line results. Moreover, she efficiently assists them to articulate their vision, assess performance issues, and ultimately align their organizations and executive teams with their top priorities.

Throughout her career years, she has built an outstanding reputation for herself. Starting out as a Personal Assistant at Nillumbik Financial Services in 1998, she has since then worked in various corporate companies across Australia like Tricom, Novus Capital PL, Computershare, HOSTPLUS, Suncorp and IAG. A Personal/Executive Assistant with a strong work ethic and honesty, she constantly demonstrates persistence and resourcefulness in finding and creating innovative solutions that support and assist the company she works with. Professionally, her areas of expertise include Executive Business Support, Business Administration, Project Coordination and Managing, and Business Process Improvement.

Stephanie is a co-owner of Elliott & Lewis, – a virtual-based business comprising a team of two professional women providing Virtual Executive and Personal Assistant Services to businesses across Australia. Stephanie completed her Certificate Level III in Business Administration and Management from RecruitNet in 2001. As someone who enjoys being of service to others, she currently volunteers in her children’s school as a Parent Representative. She has also served as a membership coordinator for her children’s playgroup.
