Fran Elliott has over 25 years senior management & executive support experience in the Manufacturing, Photography & Marketing Industry. Initially starting out as an Executive Assistant and then moving into a variety of senior management roles. Her responsibilities have included assisting in marketing consumer & digital products to managing retail excellence in multiple Australian major accounts. Her experiences have seen her working with budgets, product launches, customer service, project management, & merchandising design – to managing staff & a merchandising company.
Fran then moved out of the corporate world and owned & managed a successful retail business. Focusing on fashion & home-wares. Alongside being front of store and managing all financial aspects. Fran was directly involved in sourcing labels following fashion trends. She was able be unique and individual in her business.
Fran joined forces with a Stephanie and together formed Elliott & Lewis, Virtual Executive & Personal Assistant Services. Specialising in maintaining and developing client business relationships as well as developing creative solutions to improve businesses.
Fran’s experiences has seen her working with Leadership Development Consultants, providing support with corporate development programs. Supporting coaches & small businesses from various industries. Her niche sees Fran working with high level professionals across many industries.
Stephanie Lewis has over 20 years working as a Personal and Executive Assistant. She has held a variety of positions expanding wide across the Finance Industry. She has extensive experience in all administrative tasks predominately in complex calendar, inbox management, executive support, coordinating projects, organising regular domestic / international travel for Executives and their teams as well as sending out meeting schedules, agendas and taking and distributing minutes.
She primarily works with supporting CEO’s, Executive Management Leaders and their teams and Executive Leadership Coaches, which are predominantly based across Australia. This has led directly dealing with the CEO’s Executive Team and the Board of Directors.
Alongside the day to day duties of an Executive Assistant, Stephanie has been involved in coordinating numerous office renovations and staff relocations, coordinating leadership conferences, forums & team events and being a key player in special projects which includes implementing and writing policies and procedures, workplace health and safety and strategic business projects.
With 46 years combined experience Fran and Stephanie are experts in problem solving with excellent time management skills. Having worked in corporate environments they are creative, resourceful and easily able to adapt to ever changing priorities.
